The Guest Home is not wheelchair accessible.

Bathrooms are located on each level of the Guest Home.

FOR SECURITY PURPOSES: "ALL PERSONS LODGING IN THE GUEST HOME MUST BE REGISTERED"

Short Stays ( 1 week or less): Angie's Private Guest Home requires a minimum two night stay per room. One night reservations can sometimes be accommodated if there is a single night available between other existing reservations but payment for a two-night or three-night is required.

Extended Stays: For extended stay Guests (more than 1 week), The Extended Stay Registration located on home page under "Extended Stay Reservations" ), along with this reservation form, must be completed. In addition, a current credit check and current background check will be required. A credit check can be obtained by the Guest(s) by going to the following websites: www.annualcreditreport.com, www.freecreditreport.com or creditkarma.com . For background checks, the prospective Guest can check with his/her local authorities for the state in which he/she resides. Also, proof of income will be required along with a security deposit equal to the extended stay Guest fee. Double occupancy not allowed on extended stays.

All Guests (regardless of the length of stay), are required to provide a current government issued photo ID and adhere to the in depth Guest Home's Rules and Regulations (located in the Guest Bedrooms).

Check - In is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week - By appointment. Check out is 12:00 noon the following morning after check-in. With prior approval, this may be extended.

First Time/New Guests will be greeted upon arrival by owners/staff, assisted with luggage, provided with a tour of the Guest Home, and questions answered. For Returning Guests, there may not be a personal greeting but access to the Guest Home will be available via a lock box. During your stay, your only company at the Guest Home at times, may be other Guests.

Upon Check -in, keys to the Guest Home and to the Guest Bedroom will be in the Reserved/Confirmed Guest Bedroom.

Upon Check-out, Guest fees and keys can be left in the Guest Bedrooms. For fees paid in cash, a paid receipt will be placed under your Guest Bedroom Door or mailed.

A separate Check-in Form is required for all Guests with the exception of married couples (in which case, only one form is needed).

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer accommodations for pets.

The Guest Home does not meet the needs of children under 12 years of age.

- We do not serve meals but offer a selection of 100% juices, Coffee, Tea and Bottled water . Guests are also welcome to bring or make (with the exception of pork & beef products) their own meals.
- We require that foods and snacks be kept in the kitchen and dining room areas "only".

- PayPal: An email address is required & a 3.9% transaction fee will apply - (PayPal accepts - visa, MasterCard, discover & Amex)
- A credit card or a deposit in hand is also needed to confirm all reservations. Your credit/debit card will only be used to validate your reservation request and will not be charged at this time. Payment is due at time of check-out. Online reservations can not be accepted fewer than 3 days before check-in date. For these last-minute reservations, we would be happy to take your reservation by phone.
- Any changes or cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the intended stay. Failure to comply with this cancellation policy may result in a charge for the full amount of the stay.
- All personal information submitted to our website is transmitted via a secured connection. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of processing your reservations. We do not share your personal information with third parties.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to verify your submission and to confirm your reservation. We ask that you also call or text us at 215-554-7755 or email us at: ettelegna1@verizon.net, once you have completed your online reservation, as a back-up, in the event of a power outage.
A confirmed reservation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

We Kindly ask that all Guests remove shoes once inside the Guest Home, Observe quiet hours (before 9:00a.m. and after 9:00p.m.) and Read signs that are posted throughout the Guest Home
for Directions, Instructions and for your Safety.
We Also ask that you limit eating (including snacks) to the kitchen and dinning areas, ensure that front and back doors are kept "closed" and "locked" at all times and that you do not open or invite strangers or unregistered persons into the Guest Home.
